Return Window
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which it was received—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos so we can assess the issue.
If your package was opened or inspected by customs or border control, this is outside of our control and does not qualify for a refund.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Perishable goods (including food items)
- Personal care and beauty products
- Custom, special-order, or personalized items
- Sale items
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is approved.
Unclaimed or Refused Items
If delivery fails because you did not respond to the courier, refused delivery, failed to pay customs duties, or did not reschedule delivery, no refund will be issued.
Customers are responsible for tracking their shipments and communicating with the courier.
Customs, Duties & Prohibited Items
All international shipments are subject to customs inspections, duties, taxes, and import regulations set by the destination country.
- Customers are responsible for paying all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
- Failure or refusal to pay these fees may result in the package being delayed or returned.
- If a package is returned due to unpaid duties or customs refusal, only the item cost may be refunded, after the item is received and inspected.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
We are not responsible if an item is delayed, returned, or rejected due to customs regulations or import restrictions.
Special Orders & Sourcing Fee
For items that are custom-requested, special-ordered, or personally sourced on behalf of a customer, a non-refundable sourcing/restocking fee of 20% applies.
This fee covers time, labor, and sourcing costs and will be deducted from any eligible refund if the order is canceled, refused, or returned.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued for the item cost only, minus any applicable sourcing or restocking fees.
- Shipping fees, express shipping fees, customs duties, and processing fees are non-refundable.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days, plus additional time for your bank or card provider to post the funds.
