We offer 2 shipping options

DHL Express: Normally take 3 to 5 business days to be delivered from the date it was shipped. DHL package can be tracked on the DHL website.

Standard Shipping: Normally take 14 to 21 business days or longer to be delivered from the date it was shipped depending on your country. Package shipped using this method can track their package on the Jamaican Post Website https://jamaicapost.gov.jm/track-and-trace/ and the following website based on you country. Contact your local Post Office to make periodic checks on the status

Please note: Jamaican Post is only able to track packages starting with the letters “R, E, C, F and Z”. You may contact your local Post Office to make periodic checks on the status of your Ordinary mail items (those without a valid tracking number).
